3. **Phase 3 : Sandbox Offline Casino phase** ทดลองการเชื่อมต่อระหว่างระบบกลาง TCH และผู้ให้บริการกาสิโนออฟไลน์ในประเทศไทย
4. **Phase 4 : เปิดให้แลกไทยดิจิตอลชิป (TDC)** เป็นชิปที่ใช้พนันในสถานประกอบการของผู้ให้บริการกาสิโนออฟไลน์ในประเทศไทยได้

The operation is divided into 4 phases as follows:

1. **Phase 1 : Sandbox Online Casino Phase**, testing the connection between TCH's central system and the online casino service provider's website.
2. **Phase 2: Online Casino Go LIve** has been activated to provide online casino customer service on the TCH central system that is connected to various service providers.
3. **Phase 3 : Sandbox Offline Casino phase**, testing the connection between the TCH central system and offline casino operators in Thailand.
4. **Phase 4: Open to exchange Thai Digital Casino Chips (TDC)** for chips used for gambling in the establishments of offline casino operators in Thailand.
